In addition to our gorgeous collection of rentals, we also offer event design, planning, and day of coordination services.

If you book us for design services, you get access to several flat rate rentals packages:

  • Flat rate per person dinnerware package (plates, flatware, glassware)

  • Flat rate per table décor package (runners, candles, vases, chargers, & more)

  • Flat rate per event décor package (signage, frames, easels, décor, & more)

  • Flat rate lounge package (sofas, accent chairs, coffee + end tables, & more)

  • Flat rate other furnishings package (shelving, cocktail tables, accent tables, & more)

Having these flat rate packages with our design clients allows us the creative freedom to design your event without having to go back over single rental item costs with you and how they might affect your overall budget. You pay the one flat rate up front, and we get to give you the right items for your design, no matter what their a la carte costs are. Win-win!

Our Services

Event Design + Basic Planning

Full Design + Basic Planning and Advice to help and oversite to help create a lovely and inviting space at your Wedding or Event.

  • Event design is creating and defining a vision for an event and then choosing/designing all of the elements needed to make that vision come to life in the event space.

  • Basic planning helps you if you’ve already started with planning your wedding (have a venue, some or all vendors identified, a budget started or finalized). Tasks include helping to track your budget, manage your planning timeline and assign tasks, recommend and help hire any remaining wedding vendors, help with your guest list, invitations, RSVPs, day-of timelines, floor plans and on-site management the day of.

  • Unlimited communication

    Creation of a shared online work space in Aisle Planner and full access to the suite of functions including:

    • timeline

    • notes

    • calendar

    • check lists with task assignment options

    • budget and payment tracking

    • guest list, RSVP, and food tracking

    • event layouts

    • design & color palettes

    All vendors + any applicable family/friends will be given access to relevant workspace functions in Aisle Planner

    Help with event budget as needed

    Development and management of event planning timeline

    Identification and help with coordination of needs from other Vendors

    Arrangement and/or attendance of appointments with vendors as needed

    One Site Visit if needed

    Creation of event designs (location of ceremony, table locations, lounge areas, etc)

    Creation of detailed alternate design in the event of inclement weather

    Help with seating chart as needed

    Creation or assistance with determining color scheme, theme, and style for event

    Creation or assistance with concept design of floral, linens, and other décor

    4 hours of calls or zoom meetings broken down into whatever intervals are needed to answer any questions, whether design specific or just general wedding questions, and work on event design concepts and issues

    Two 1 Hour Mock Up Zoom Meetings to go over décor selections and fine tune décor selections. If you are local or able to come into the studio here in Cody, Wyoming, you are welcome to do these mock up meetings in person

    Custom calligraphy seating chart or $100 credit towards a custom seating chart signage order

    Rentals & Decor set up & tear down at event + on site management

  • This package does not include full planning services.

    If you would like to hire a full wedding planner to contact vendors, review contracts, handle payments and any disputes, perform multiple site visits, and other more detailed over sight responsibilities, you are welcome to do so and should select the Event Design Package above instead.

    Travel fees to and from your wedding or event.

  • Additional design and planning help time or zoom meetings may be added as needed.

    This package can be combined with a Day of Coordination Package and we advise that you do so.

Event Design + Full Planning

Full Design + Full Planning and Advice to help and oversite to help create a lovely and inviting space at your Wedding or Event.

  • Unlimited communication

Day of Coordination

Day of Coordination and Event Oversight so you, your moms, & aunties can relax and not work or worry on your wedding day.

  • Day of coordinators step in the month before and review final vendor contracts, finalize day-of needs, finalize your wedding-day timeline, work with your vendor team, and coordinate the wedding rehearsal and wedding day.

    If you have a planner hired, day of coordinators will work under the planner to help complete month of tasks and work with your planner the day of to make sure your event goes smoothly.Item description

  • Unlimited communication either 1 month if hired a la carte, or 1 week prior to your Wedding date if you have already hired us for planning to do a venue walk thru or virtual zoom meeting to go over your timeline, general layout, and rain plan.

    Coordinators by event size:

    • Up to 100 Guests - 1 Coordinator

    • 100-160 Guests - 2 Coordinators

    • 160-220 Guests - 3 Coordinators

    • 220-300 Guests - 4 Coordinators

    • 300+ Guests - 5 Coordinators may be necessary

    Wedding day emergency kit for bridal party in bridal suite

    Oversight of vendors, decorators, and setup staff at ceremony site and reception site

    Assistance with décor setup and tear down

    Placement and breakdown of seating cards, wedding favors, programs, menus, toasting flutes, cake serving set, guest book, and tossing items

    Management of ceremony and flow of the reception

    Distribution of final payments and gratuities to all vendors on wedding day

    Coordination of couple send-off

    Assistance collecting personal items, gifts, and leftover food to go with couple designee

    Oversight and assistance of vendors for clean-up and venue breakdown

    Travel within 1 hour of the Coordinator's home base is included.

  • Travel fees to and from your wedding or event if greater than 1 hour outside of the Coordinator's home base.

  • Day of Coordination can be combined with any of our other planning or design packages.
