what we do best

In addition to being a full service rental company, we also take on 8-12 of our own event design, planning, and production clients each year where we dream up unique concepts, source custom items, and think of every single visual and aesthetic detail for your day. And then bring it all to life for you.

We specialize in custom spaces and are a design heavy firm - meaning we leave no stone unturned when it comes to creating a unique space for you and your guests.

Our goal is never to just recreate a look from pinterest, and we always want your guests to walk away from one of our weddings not only saying that’s the prettiest wedding they’ve ever been to, but that it was also the most comfortable and inviting one.

Why us?

  • We have all of our own in house rentals, which means you get to remove at least 1, if not multiple, other vendors from your day by not having to source and secure rentals from various companies. This also means that you don’t need to know exactly what you need up front — it’s out inventory and we will make any changes needed to your contract as we work through the design process with you.

  • We do all of our in house florals for our design clients. This helps to minimize costs since we already have overhead built in to other parts of your design contract, which in turn maximize the florals you get. Plus florals are such a huge part of a design that we like to make sure we’re delivering exactly what is needed to make your design come to life.

    Plus it removes another vendor you need to coordinate and have a contract with!

    And while we do require that you use us for florals if you hire us for event design, we are always able to make exceptions to this rule. Things like having a mother who is florist and wants her team to do your florals is totally fine. If we have to travel far for your wedding and it just makes more sense financially and logistically to hire a local florist, we can definitely allow that. We make these exceptions on a case by case basis since every wedding is different!

  • All of our design clients receive big discounts on their rentals with us

    • 5% off core infrastructure items like tents, dance floors, reception & ceremony seating, etc

    • 10% off larger rentals items like lounge pieces, bars, etc, and

    • 15% off all smaller rental items like decor, plating, linens, etc.

We like to keep it pretty simple: full event design or partial planning + full event design

  • The Lead Up

    • Unlimited communication related to design items only

    • Creation of a shared online workspace in Aisle Planner and reduced access to the suite of functions including:

      • notes

      • calendar

      • applicable check lists with task assignment options

      • guest list, RSVP, and food tracking o event layouts

      • design & color palettes

    • All vendors + any applicable family/friends will be given access to relevant workspace functions in Aisle Planner

    • One Site Visit if needed

    • Creation of event designs (location of ceremony, table locations, lounge areas, etc)

    • Creation of detailed alternate design in the event of inclement weather

    • Help with seating chart as needed

    • Creation of color scheme, theme, and style for event

    • Full 2D and 3D (as needed) design decks so you can visualize your day with us and approve design concepts

    • Sourcing of custom items to make your day unique - every design client will have at least one element of their day that has rentals in it that have never been used before. We want each of our design clients to have something fresh and new to set their design apart from other clients of ours!

    The Day Of

    Full event production and execution of all rental items and design concepts

  • The Lead Up

    • Unlimited communication

    • Creation of a shared online workspace in Aisle Planner and full access to the suite of functions including:

      • timeline

      • notes

      • calendar

      • full check lists with task assignment options

      • budget and payment tracking

      • guest list, RSVP, and food tracking

      • event layouts

      • design & color palettes

    • All vendors + any applicable family/friends will be given access to relevant workspace functions in Aisle Planner

    • Help with event budget as needed

    • Development and management of event timeline

    • Identification and help with coordination of needs from other Vendors

    • One Site Visit if needed

    • Creation of event designs (location of ceremony, table locations, lounge areas, etc)

    • Creation of detailed alternate design in the event of inclement weather

    • Help with seating chart as needed

    • Creation or assistance with determining color scheme, theme, and style for event

    • Full 2D and 3D (as needed) design decks so you can visualize your day with us and approve design concepts

    The Day Before

    • On Site for Rehearsal Walk Through

    The Day Of

    • Full event production

    • Day of oversight of vendors, decorators, and setup staff at ceremony site and reception site

    • Day of management of ceremony and flow of the reception

    • Distribution of final payments and gratuities to all vendors on wedding day

    • Assistance collecting personal items, gifts, and leftover food to go with couple designee

    • Oversight and assistance of vendors for clean-up and venue breakdown
